- Onjezerani zitsulo zonse (kupatula ghee) ku ufa wa nkhosa ndi kusakaniza bwino.
- Refrigerate kusakaniza konse kwa ora limodzi.
- Chotsani chosakaniza kuchokera ku firiji ndikupanga mawonekedwe.
- Kutenthetsa ghee pamtambo wolemera kwambiri (bottomed skillet (pawuni yamoto) ndi mwachangu ma kababs mpaka golidi kumbali zonsezo.
- Zosangalatsa pamapilisi apapepala. Kutumikira ndi timbewu coriander chutney.
