Chotsani uvuni ku 350.Mu mbale yosakaniza muziphatikiza semolina, ufa, turmeric ndi kuphika ufa. Onetsetsani kuti muphatikize bwino. Mu mbale yeniyeni yikani batala, shuga, mkaka, ndi madzi. Onjezerani kuti zouma zowonjezera ndikupangitsani kupanga phala.Kukaniza mu mafuta 9x13 kuphika mbale. Fukani ndi amondi.Pangani kwa 30-35 mphindi kapena mpaka golide wofiira. Lolani kuti muzizizira kwa mphindi 15-20 ndipo mutumikire ndi khofi yomwe mumaikonda kapena tiyi.
